Refund Policy for Zama Dukkan

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@zamadukkan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@zamadukkan.com.
